DESCRIPTION OF THE POSITION:
Opening for an ambitious and talented Customer Service professional to head up a taleted customer service team. You will report to the directors and be heavily involved in the overall strategy and direction of the business.
Customer service will be a core part of our value proposition so we expect you to demand exceptionally high standards from your team, and from yourself.
We are a fast growing and entrepreneurial business. Due to new service lines being launched we seek a proven telesales support leader to help drive new business and account retention activities. Ideally you have already have 2-3 years experience within a Senior Customer Services role and are looking to progress now into a Head Customer Service role.
This is a leaders role and requires someone that can demonstrate ability to initiate and drive strategic initiatives within a "wow" customer service culture.

£17,000 p.a.
